For Chef Paul, food has always been about more than the plate — it’s about hospitality, connection and bringing people together.

A lifelong Canton native of Italian heritage, Paul brings more than three decades of culinary experience to The Canton Regency. He started at Mountain Jack’s Fine Dining, working his way up from dishwasher to kitchen manager, and went on to lead kitchens at Brookside Country Club, serve as Executive Corporate Chef for Pro Football Hall of Fame events, and oversee food service for thousands of daily guests at Goodyear’s headquarters — along with leadership roles at Sanese Services, AVI Foodsystems and Metz Culinary Management.

For Paul, it all comes back to something simple: make great food, make people feel welcome, and create an experience worth remembering.

Outside the kitchen, he’s a devoted father and grandfather, engaged to his longtime love, Karen, and a former competitive powerlifter who brings that same discipline to every dish.

Now at The Canton Regency, Paul is bringing his experience and genuine love of hospitality to the table.
