Our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides both intermediate and skilled nursing care in your choice of a private or semi-private suite with private bath and individual climate control.

Our focus is on wellness and restorative care. A team of professionals assesses and reassesses your needs—with the goal of improving your health and maximizing your independence. Individual health care plans involve a multi-disciplinary approach to wellness that may include physical, occupational and speech therapy.

We offer intermediate care for those who require 24 hour nursing observation and medical supervision because they have reached a plateau of aging or illness that prevents independence.

Comprehensive skilled nursing care is available for those who require daily nursing or the services of a licensed therapist at least five times per week.
